Assembly
-The engine and the alternator assembly lay on a skid rubber mounting.
-The skid is made up of durable sheet metals and beams that help in long lasting material.
-A mounted daily fuel tank is supplied with fuel gauge, filler cap, and fuel inlet and outlet hoses inside the generator with different sizes as per the genset size.
-The control panel enclosure is made up of thick metal sheet that includes all the wiring materials into the engine.
Paint:
The skid and control panel enclosure are painted the same color by well treated painting material with nice finishing.
Commissioning reports:
All generators and sound proofs are tested before dispatch.
Test certificate is issued for each generator attached with all its details.
Our sound proofs are manufactured at our premises using several computerized punching, bending, and cutting plasma machines as well as a group of qualified engineers who handle to achieve the latest invented designs in this field.
These sound proofs are made out of cold rolled steel duly surface treated, phosphated, and finally painted for long last finishing. In addition to this, we also use acoustic materials like compressed fiber glass to produce a perfect enclosure.
The staffing of our sound proofing products are fabricated using metal sheets .These are used to reduce the noise level of the generator and also functions as weather proof housing.
